We offer a full array of options giving you the flexibility to create a product that reaches your target market. We are most known for our detailed premium fitted hats with signature under brims but enjoy all types of headwear.
Limited Run Headwear Production Now Available!
We are proud to offer our customer the ability to create limited edition hats with runs as small as 50 units for your Skate / Snowboard Company or Boutique.
Production of 50 to 300 hats generally runs in the price range of $15.00 - $20.00 Per Unit. Production of 300 to 500 hats is in the range of $12.00 to $18.00 Per Unit. 500 + units: contact on pricing.
Pricing is dependent on details, final quotes will be given only after final designs / tech packs are completed. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Sample Cost: $100.00 to $250.00 on 50 to 300 Units and there is no sampling cost on over 300 units.
You can supply logos or we can design for you. – Templates available on Request.
Fabric: On limited production headwear we maybe able to source special materials not easily available. This will help to produce a truly limited one time hat but will of course be reflected in final costs and production times of the hat. We also keep stock of many easy to use standard materials like Wool, Cotton, and Wool/Poly blends to keep your bottom line within budget or take away the guess work for you.
Shipping Cost: All shipping costs to be incurred by purchasing company. You can choose to ship with your own shipping account on large orders. Less than 100 pieces will be shipped by Brimlo through USPS or Fed Ex.
Retail Pricing:
Typically our hats Retail for $30.00 to $60.00 + depending on exclusivity and design so there is a great potential profit margin while still offering the consumer a quality product that will be part of their collection for years to come.
Our usual lead time is around 4-5 weeks on sampling and 8-16 weeks on finished product. The delivery time is dependent on shipping expectations and time of year.
Sizing:
Sizes on fitted hats available from 7 – 8 a typical run of 300 units is:
7 1/8, 7 ¼ , 7 3/8, 7 ½, 7 5/8, 7 ¾
A down payment of 20% the total purchase price excluding shipping is to be made after final quote is issued and sample production begins. The remaining balance is then paid before shipment of completed goods.
Brimlo is in the business of producing top quality headwear. There may be times we can guide you, making suggestions on design and materials to better suits the needs of your project. We always have our customer and company in mind and reserve the right not to release any design we believe does not protect this. In those rare situations a full refund will be made.
